Goderich Mayor says boardwalk nearly done

The Mayor of Goderich says the replacement of the boardwalk along the Lake Huron shoreline in Goderich has taken a little longer than he had hoped.

But John Grace says it is moving along and when it is finished, it will be well worth the wait.

"It's a phenomenal, absolutely phenomenal boardwalk, 1.8 kilometres, and when you see the boardwalk along the shore, in behind the water plant, it is a spectacular view of Lake Huron."

Grace says the boardwalk should be completed by the end of October.
