COVID-19 case counts remain low in Midwestern Ontario

The number of new cases of COVID-19 in Midwestern Ontario remains low.

The Grey Bruce Health Unit added one new case Wednesday in Kincardine. There are 18active cases, and two residents hospitalized with the virus.

Huron Perth Public health reported one new case of COVID-19 Wednesday in Stratford. There are 22 active cases, and one hospitalization due to the virus.

Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health added four new cases , but none in Wellington County. There are 15 active cases in Wellington, including patients in Mapleton and Wellington North. Across Wellington Dufferin Guelph four residents are in hospital for COVID-19 related complications

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
