A 36-year from Toronto has been charged with abduction of a person under 14.
The arrest by Perth County OPP happened Monday under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch with the assistance of the Toronto Police Service.
Investigators say this is an ongoing investigation and no further details will be released at this time.
There is also a publication ban in effect for the proceedings.
