Ontario Provincial Police were at the scene of a crash east of Listowel on Monday.
Officers say the crash happened at the intersection of Wellington Road 10 and Concession 3.
One person had to be transported by Ornge helicopter to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Any witnesses are asked to contact the OPP.
