Grey Bruce upcoming vaccine clinics

The Grey Bruce Health Unit has released a list of vaccine clinics for the week of November 29 - December 5.

GBHU is reminding the public that children aged 5-11 and those going for a third dose must make an appointment. Individuals 12 and over going for a first or second dose may walk in.

Monday, November 29

 • Beaver Valley Community Centre, 58 Alfred St. W., Thornbury 12 - 6 p.m.

 • Ripley-Huron Community Centre, 29 Queen St., Ripley 12:30 - 4:30 p.m.

Tuesday, November 30

 • Shallow Lake Community Centre, 550 Princess Drive, Shallow Lake 12 - 6 p.m.

Wednesday, December 1

 • Wiarton Community Centre, 526 Taylor Street, Wiarton 12 - 6 p.m.

Thursday, December 2

 • Keady Community Centre, 116931 Grey Rd 3, Tara 12 - 6 p.m.

 • Frank MacIntyre Building, 220 Owen Sound St. Dundalk 12 - 6 p.m.

Friday, December 3

Almost 2,000 doses were administered by the GBHU last week alone.

More information about the Grey Bruce Health Unit's vaccination process and a full list of upcoming clinics can be found at their website.

Clinics are subject to cancellation due to weather.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
