Owen Sound launches strategic plan dashboard

The City of Owen Sound Council has officially launched an online dashboard for residents to review the progress of the 2021–2023 Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan Refresh which was approved by Council on April 19, 2021, is anchored by the city’s mission and vision statements and core values.

A media release from the city said the guiding document contains 35 measurable or verifiable key results spanning seven Council priorities and two corporate priorities.

The city reported that the dashboard will enable citizens to access a visual metric of the city’s progress on the 35 identified key results.

The City of Owen Sound will update the strategic plan dashboard quarterly to align with the reporting on the status of actions to the committees.
