November Home Sales in Grey-Bruce-Owen Sound remain at record pace

Home sales in Grey-Bruce-Owen Sound totaled 258 units in the month of November, which is steady to the record-setting pace established during the same month last year.

According to Realtors Association of Grey Bruce Owen Sound, home sales are currently 8.7% above the five-year average, and 19.2% above the ten-year average for the month of November.

Average home prices in the area for November were just over $656,000, an increase of 18.9% compared to November 2020.

Active listings were 44.1% below the five-year average, and 70% below the ten-year average for the month of November.
