Fire south of Mount Forest

Wellington North Fire Service (WNFS) and the Minto Fire Department (MFD) are attending the fire of a coverall shed in Wellington North Township.

"Firefighters have been on scene for approximately three hours, the fire is currently under control," said WNFS Deputy Chief Callise Loos in a statement.

No injuries to occupants, firefighters, or animals have been reported.

"The cause of the fire, as well as any damage estimates, are unknown at this time," Loos said.

Firefighters are still on the scene and the public has been asked to avoid the area.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
