Hydro crews continue to work on restoring power

Thousands remain without power across Huron, Perth, Bruce, Grey and Wellington after high winds blew across most of the province Saturday.

Wind speeds reached 100 km/h in areas.

And the outages aren't just limited to the local area. Hydro One's outage map is showing outages stretching from Windsor to Ottawa, through central Ontario and as far north as North Bay. At one point, over 200,000 Hydro One customers were without power.

Restoration times range from mid-afternoon to late this evening.

Winds have eased but will still reach 40 to 60 km/h from the southwest through Sun

But it is expected to be sunny with a high of 5.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
