OPP investigate collision involving a pedestrian in Kincardine

South Bruce OPP are investigating a collision involving a pedestrian at the intersection of Queen Street and Broadway Street in Kincardine.

Officers responded to the scene with members of Bruce County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) at 11:26 a.m. yesterday.

The pedestrian was taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

A 78-year-old resident of Huron Kinloss Township was charged with Fail to Yield to Pedestrian.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
