Fatal crash still being investigated by police, victim identified

The Grey-Bruce OPP continue to investigate a recent crash that claimed one person's life.

On December 12th at 3:30 p.m., police responded alongside the Chatsworth Fire Department and Grey County EMS to a report of a vehicle rollover on Sideroad 3 in the Township of Chatsworth. The driver was pronounced deceased at the scene. They have been identified as 63-year-old Terry Specht of Chatsworth Township.

The OPP West Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team is assisting with the investigation which remains ongoing.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
