Police investigating theft of expensive wire

Perth County OPP are investigating the theft of expensive wire taken from a business in North Perth.

On December 13th, officers received a report of a break and enter that had occurred on December 12th at 3:45 a.m. at a business on Rocher Road, in Listowel. The suspects had cut padlocks off storage areas, and stolen wire and cables, with an estimated value of $5000. The two suspects fled the area in a light coloured pick-up truck. One suspect was wearing a green hooded sweater and dark pants, and the other was wearing a grey hooded coat, blue jeans, and light brown work boots.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
