There will be some changes made as facilities re-open:

• Monday, December 20 - proof of vaccination is required for youth aged 12-17 participating in organized sport • Tuesday, January 4 - anyone aged 12 and older will be required to present a vaccine certificate with a QR code (on a device or printed) so it can be checked using the Verify Ontario app • Monday, January 10 - anyone with a medical exemption will be required to present a QR code to enter settings where proof is required (physician notes will no longer be accepted)
