A power outage early Friday morning affected over 1,700 Hydro One customers in northern parts of Huron County and southern areas of Bruce County.
The power went out at around 5:30 a.m. and the outage also affected the power supply to the communities of Wingham, Lucknow, Ripley and Teeswater.
Hydro One did not list the cause of the outage but power was restored by 8 a.m.
