Grey Bruce Health Unit hosting more vaccine clinics this week

The Grey-Bruce Health Unit is hosting more vaccine clinics this week.

The clinics will all allow walk-ins, but booked appointments are preferred.

You can book an appointment using the Ontario COVID-19 vaccine booking portal (https://covid19.ontariohealth.ca/).

Clinics will be held on: Tuesday, January 25th at the Shallow Lake Community Centre from 12 p.m.-6 p.m. Wednesday, January 26th at The Lion’s Den in the P&H Centre in Hanover from 12 p.m.-6 p.m. Thursday, January 27th at the Sydenham Campus (former school) in Owen Sound from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday, January 28th again at the Sydenham Campus in Owen Sound from 10 a.m-3 p.m. and the Flesherton Kinplex from 12 p.m.-6 p.m.

Individuals who are 18 and older can schedule or walk-in to receive their booster dose, as long as 84 days have passed since their second dose.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
