Managing stress

If you have been suffering from added stress as of late, know you are not alone.

Director of Listowel Hypnosis Centre, Tamara Szwedo says there are ways to manage stress.

"First thing, is just know that there is something your stress has been doing to you, then the next step is to also to move," said Szwedo. "Get up and dance, juggling, anything to move your body and then deciding how you would rather handle the situation."

Listowel Hypnosis Centre is offering free stress relief workshops for local businesses and individuals wanting to find ways to cope as stress can affect a number of things.

"Not only in your focus and your clarity, but your physical well being and health. You can create real illnesses from being overwhelmed for too long," added Szwedo.

You can call the centre, or visit listowelhypnosis.com to register.
