Bluewater school board invites budget feedback

The Bluewater District School Board is looking for feedback to help identify priorities. The board has developed a multi-year strategic plan to support their vision: Learning Today, Leading Tomorrow. The priority areas are a Safe Supportive Learning Community, Quality Instruction, Community Engagement and Stewardship of Resources.

A short survey has been created to gather feedback for the 2022-2023 budget development process. Bluewater District School Board’s students, parents, staff, union presidents, and board/community partners are invited to complete a short survey to identify priorities for the efficient, effective and equitable use of BWDSB resources.

The Survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete. Information will be summarized and reviewed at a future Business Committee of the Whole Board meeting. The survey portal will be open until Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at 4:00 p.m.

Members of the public are also encouraged to present their ideas for the 2022-23 budget at the Business Committee of the Whole Board meeting on Tuesday, April 5, 2022
