As a result of the investigation, OPP officers determined that an assault had been committed and that the accused caused damage to the residence.
Police arrested a 51-year-old man, from Sauble Beach, who now faces multiple assault charges and a mischief charge.
The man has been released from custody with an upcoming court appearance.
