Police investigating numerous stolen road signs

A number of road signs were recently stolen in the Township of Chatsworth.

Grey-Bruce OPP began investigating after receiving a report on February 20th for several road signs that had been stolen from Negro Creek Road. The signs were taken sometime between February 19th and the 20th. The stolen roadsigns include the Negro Creek Road sign from the corner of Negro Creek Road and Concession Road 3, a 60 KP/H speed sign from Concession Road 2, south of Side Road 6 and a Watch for Children sign from Negro Creek Road, east of Highway 6.

Police would like anyone who may have information on the whereabouts of the stolen signs to contact Grey-Bruce OPP or Crime Stoppers.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
