Collision caused traffic issues in Perth South

A collision between two large trucks in Perth South resulted in minor injuries.

The crash occurred about 9:30 Wednesday morning in the Village of Harmony on Line 26 at Road 112.

Stratford Police officers found a large delivery truck had rolled over, and a transport truck-trailer blocked the road.

The roads had to be closed for several hours for two trucks to remove the vehicles, before they were reopened to traffic.

The driver of the delivery truck was taken to Stratford General Hospital with minor injuries.

A motorist is facing a charge of failing to stop.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
