A woman reported missing from Waterloo has family ties to Listowel.
Elaine McNaughton, 77, was reported missing Wednesday. She is described as 5-foot-5, 140 lbs with grey hair, and glasses.
She may be driving a black, Ford Focus with the licence plate BZFL 197 with winter tires and black rims.
