Police investigating theft from local business

Provincial police are asking for help in tracking down two vans used in a theft from a Mount Forest business.

Wellington OPP say the theft happened on April 18th between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m.

It wasn't reported until April 28th. Surveillance cameras at the Victoria Street business captured two distinct white cargo vans. One has a damaged rear window.

Police say in a release the suspects took supplies from an open area of the property.

Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
