Huron OPP investigating theft of pigs

Ontario Provincial Police are asking the public for assistance regarding a theft of pigs.
The incident took place sometime between March 1st and June 21st.

Unknown persons attended a barn on the North Line of Huron East and stole 44 pigs, which weighed anywhere between 60-to-200 pounds.

The estimated value of the stolen swine is approximately $12,000.
Anyone with information on this theft is asked to contact Huron County OPP, or Crime Stoppers.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
