Walker becomes new President and CEO of OCNI

Bill Walker has a new job.

The former member of Provincial Parliament for Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound has been named the new President and Chief Executive Officer of the Organization of Canadian Nuclear Industries.

In a release, OCNI says Walker will be in charge of all operations, including providing services and support to utility and national lab partners and members, as well as interfacing with the Board of Directors.

Prior to his time as MPP, Walker worked as Operations Manager at Bruce Power, and was Executive Director at the Bruce Peninsula Health Services Foundation.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
