Police investigating head-on collision near Centralia

Huron County OPP are on-scene at a head-on crash near Centralia.

Police say in a release that at 4:00 p.m. officers responded alongside Huron County Paramedic Services and the South Huron Fire Department to the crash scene located on London Road (Highway 4) and Victoria Drive. A total of five occupants from the two vehicles have been transported to local hospitals. Their injuries are all believed to be non-life threatening. London Road (Highway 4) is currently closed between Crediton Road and Huron Park Road.

The roadway will be closed for at least an hour, and police want anyone who may have witnessed the crash to contact Huron County OPP or Crime Stoppers.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
