Hydro One is reporting a lighting strike at a distribution centre is to blame.
The outage included Belmore, Gorrie, Wroexeter, and Bluevale.
The blaze broke out on Saturday, just after 2:30 a.m., at a home at 2871 Oil Springs Line.
