At around 1:00pm Monday, Perth County OPP responded to the incident on Perth Road 140 and Perth Line 91, in the municipality of North Perth. Officers say a driver failed to stop at a red light, causing the collision.
Eight people were taken to hospital due to minor injuries.
A 62 year old resident of Palmerston has been charged with Careless Driving.
