OPP investigate fatal collision in Grey County, deceased identified

One person is dead following a single car crash in Grey County.  

The collision on Grey County Road 1 in Georgian Bluffs happened close to 3:00pm on Tuesday, September 13.

Grey Bruce OPP officers responded with members of the Grey Bruce OPP Traffic Management Unit (TMU), South Bruce Peninsula Fire Department and Grey County Emergency Medical Services (EMS). 

Police say a pick-up truck had left the roadway and collided with a tree, and the driver was pronounced deceased at the scene. The deceased has been identified as 64-year-old Guelph native, Martin Grimba.

OPP are in the early stages of an investigation.
