Arson charge laid after laundry room fire

Some people will do just about anything to get out of doing chores. 

A person has been charged with arson after Perth County OPP responded to a report of someone setting a fire in a laundry room.  

At around 11:30am on August 17th, police responded to the incident at a Queen Street East address in North Perth.

A 27 year old man from North Perth has been charged with Mischief Endangering a Life, and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date. 

Anyone with information regarding this incident should contact Perth County OPP.
