Police investigating recent hit and run

South Bruce OPP are asking for help in identifying a vehicle involved in a recent hit and run.

Police say officers responded  to a two-vehicle crash along Highway 21 in Allenford just before 9 p.m on October 15. One of the vehicles, a blue car, was parked along the side of the road at the time when it was hit by a white GMC pick-up truck. The truck continued down Highway 21 and was last seen turning onto the Allenford side road. The truck is described as an older model with blue pin-striping. It will have damage along the passenger side of the truck.

South Bruce OPP are asking anyone who may have information regarding this crash to call them or Crime Stoppers.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
