High School Eco Team to host Halloween cleanup

The Eco Exeter Environmental team at the South Huron District High School is getting ready to launch its first project of this school year.

Eco Exeter President Ryan Marsh says it will be on November 1.

“So on November 1st, the day after Halloween, we're going to get the community involved and come and help us clean up some of the Halloween litter around town and for them to send pictures to our email, which is ecoexetershdhs@gmail.com," Marsh says.

Marsh says they're hoping lots of people from the community will join them in just cleaning up litter.

“Just clean up litter because the day after Halloween, when you're trick or treating, litter can definitely be out in a lot of places. So the more that come out and pick up any small things, the better. And bring your family, your friends and tell people about it," Marsh adds.
