Saugeen Shores Police investigate construction site break-in

Saugeen Shores Police Service is investigating the theft of tools from a construction site.

In a release, police say an unknown person broke into the construction site on Mary Rose Avenue sometime between October 26th and 27th.

Several tools in their cases were stolen including: a Paslode framing nailer, a Paslode pin nailer, a Ramset concrete nailer, Ramset powder gun and a Stihl concrete saw.

Police say a white GMC older model pick-up truck may be involved in the theft. It has a damaged left tail light that is taped up with red Tuck Tape.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
