Break-and-enter at local business under investigation

A break-and-enter that saw numerous items stolen from a Listowel business is being investigated by police.

Perth County OPP were notified by a Main Street West business in Listowel that sometime between 4:20 p.m. on October 27 and 8:10 a.m. on October 31, a break-and-enter occurred at the business. Unknown suspects forced their way into the business and removed several items including laptops, headsets, heaters and more. Police are asking the public for any tips they may have and to report suspicious activity to police.

Anyone who may have information regarding this crime should contact Perth County OPP or Crime Stoppers.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
