Huron Chamber of Commerce opens nominations for Spirit of Success Awards

The Operations Manager of the Chamber of Commerce for Goderich, Central and North Huron says the nominations for their Spirit of Success Awards are in and they've set a record this year.

“This year we received 92 nominations for the Spirit of Success Awards and those nominations are from all through our area, really good representation, really nice cross section of businesses,” said Heather Boa. 

“It's been a really great process and we've had a record number of unique nominations this year from Wingham, Blyth, Clinton, Goderich, really good representation,” she added. 

Boa says a complete list of the nominations can be found on their website. The Spirit of Success Awards will be held at the Knights of Columbus Centre in Goderich on Friday, November 25th and tickets are available online or by calling the Chamber office.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
