Perth County OPP have arrested a suspect after a person barricaded themselves inside a Milverton home Tuesday.
At about 10 Tuesday morning, police responded to a disturbance at a Pacific Avenue residence, and called in support from West Region OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT), West Region Canine, West Region Tactics &amp; Rescue Unit (TRU) and Crisis Negotiators .
Police arrested a man at about 3:30 Tuesday afternoon without incident. The suspect remains in custody and is facing criminal charges.
Pacific Avenue was closed for most of the day, but is now open.
