Equipment stolen from Lucknow area business

Huron County OPP are investigating the theft of a skid steer and ATV from a business near Lucknow.

In a statement released Sunday, police said a Suzuki All-terrain Vehicle and a Kubota Skid Steer were taken from an Amberley Road business around 1:33 p.m. on November 19.

Police obtained video surveillance that showed three people get out of a black Dodge pickup truck with a tandem axle landscape style trailer.  Substantial damage was done to the business property during the theft.

After the thefts, police said the suspects were spotted at a parking lot at the south end of Wingham. The orange Kubota skid steer is a model# ISSV65P with vehicle identification number (VIN) #12630.

The 2016 Suzuki King quad 750 is red in colour and has VIN# 5SAAR41P1G7103025.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Huron OPP or Crime Stoppers.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
