Stolen property recovered in Grey Highlands

Over $75,000 worth of stolen property has been recovered following observations by an Ontario Provincial Police officer while on patrol.

On February 24, a Grey Bruce OPP officer observed stolen property at a residence on West Back Line in Grey Highlands.

A search warrant was executed at the same residence later that day, with officers saying that stolen property was recovered, but did not provide further details.

A 31-year-old from Southgate and a 20-year-old from Wellington North face several charges, including possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, as well as failure to comply with a release order.

Both were held pending a bail hearing in Owen Sound.
