County of Wellington launching satisfaction survey

Some Wellington County residents will have a chance to sound off on local government in the coming month.

The County of Wellington is conducting its first-ever corporate satisfaction survey beginning in late April and running until late May.

Ipsos, an independent market research firm, will be conducting the survey on behalf of the county. Select residents will be contacted by phone or by mail to complete the survey and share their experiences with County programs and services.

“We want to hear from our residents,” said Warden Andy Lennox. “Our hope is that this satisfaction survey will identify opportunities and challenges for County Council to address. We want to continue to deliver and improve responsible public service to our diverse communities.”

The results of the survey will be made public this summer and will accompany the County’s 2023 Strategic Plan.
