Grey Bruce Public Health is appealing to the public for help in locating the owner of a light brown dog involved in a biting incident in Southampton on May 10, 2023.
The victim was bitten by the dog, which was wearing a black harness and leash. The dog was being walked by a middle-aged man.
The dog and its owner were last seen walking down Palmerston Street towards the beach.
Grey Bruce Public Health is seeking to verify the dog's health to prevent the victim from receiving post-exposure rabies treatment.
