Kincardine Golf Fore Kids' Sake Raises over $21,400

The annual Kincardine Golf Fore Kids' Sake Tournament was a great success at the Ainsdale Golf Course. A total of 165 golfers participated raising $21,400 over two days.

The event was presented by Nuclear Promise to raise money for Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Bruce North Huron.

"We thank everyone who made this tournament such a great success," said Yolanda Ritsema, executive director. "We couldn't do these events without our golfers and volunteers' participation as well as our generous sponsors."

Coming up on June 16, the Wingham Golf Fore Kids' Sake tournament is coming up at the Wingham Golf and Curling Club, organized by the Nuclear Waste Management Organization.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
