Lamborghini driver charged after clocked at over 140 km/h

The Grey Bruce OPP has laid charges after a Huron County man was clocked going over 60 km/hr more than the posted speed limit.

The Lamborghini was stopped on the afternoon of June 24 on Bruce Road 8 in South Bruce Peninsula. The officer clocked the sports car going 146 km/hr in an 80 km/hr zone.

As a result, a 37-year old Huron County driver has been charged with stunt driving - excessive speed.

Their license has been suspended for 30 days and their vehicle has been impounded for 14 days.
