Dundalk schools alerted during disturbance

A complaint of an altercation in Dundalk Tuesday prompted a response by members of the Grey Bruce OPP. Police officers notified local schools in the community after responding to the disturbance call.

Police investigated the incident and confirmed that neither the school's children nor personnel were in any way endangered by the occurrence.

A 34-year-old Southgate resident was taken into custody and charged with violating a release order.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
