Expensive wood chipper stolen

Police are investigating the recent theft of a very expensive wood chipper.

On June 21 at 7:25 p.m., the Perth County OPP responded to a reported theft from a residence located on Perth Line 72 in the Township of Perth East.  

It was reported that sometime overnight, unknown suspects came to the property and removed a wood chipper, pole saw and three chainsaws totalling approximately $19,000.

Investigators are asking for any information regarding this crime, and if you have any information, contact Perth County OPP or Crime Stoppers.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
