Huron-Kinloss Bridge reopens early

The Bell Bridge renovation project on Lake Range Drive in the Township of Huron-Kinloss has been finished ahead of schedule.

It was anticipated that the project, which began on May 1, 2023, would last until the end of July. However, the project was finished by AJN Builders in just over 11 weeks.

All traffic can again use Lake Range Drive as usual, including Bell Bridge between Concession 4 and Bell Drive.

All lanes of Lake Range Drive were shut down to vehicles and pedestrians while the bridge was being repaired. Repairs to the top deck, supporting structures, and drainage will increase the lifespan of the structure.
