Provided by Grey Bruce OPP.The Grey Bruce OPP, West Region Tactics Unit, and West Region Emergency Response Team were on scene of a barricaded person incident.
Police received a call on August 20, just before 10 p.m. It was reported an assault had allegedly occurred.
In a release to the media, OPP said the accused refused to leave the home. They were eventually arrested.
The accused remains in custody facing criminal charges.
Victoria Street in Dundalk has since re-opened. No further updates will be provided.
