Home sales in the Grey Bruce region dropped from July to August, as prices edged up slightly.
According to the Realtors Association of Grey Bruce Owen Sound, there were 219 units sold last month, a drop of 22 compared to July. However, that was an increase of 10.1 per cent from August of 2022.
The overall MLS Home Price Index composite benchmark price was $579,000, up by $6,800 compared to July.
New listings were also up, with 446 properties posted in August. The association says it's the most activity it has had in that month over the last five years.
