The Emergency Department at the Durham Hospital will close at 5 p.m. on Sunday and re-open at 7 a.m. on Monday.
The South Bruce Grey Health Centre says the closure is due to a shortage of staff.
Ambulances will still be available to take patients to the nearest open hospital in a medical emergency.
