The attack occurred Saturday morning and according to police "one male victim is in hospital."
A series of black and white photos released by the OPP show the suspect wearing a dark jacket with a hood, dark pants, possibly white socks, and dark shoes.
Anyone with information about the suspect or the incident is asked to contact the OPP.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
