Update: Road re-opens after crash

The Grey Bruce OPP says a section of Grey Road 16 has re-opened after it was closed Monday morning because of a collsion.

Around 5 a.m. Monday, police responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Grey Road 16 between Concession 5A and Concession 2A in the Township of Chatsworth. According to police, a vehicle hit a tree, leaving the driver with non-life-threatening injuries.

The road re-opened shortly after noon.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
