Bus company issues statement following crash in Huron County

The bus company involved in a traffic accident on Wednesday, November 28 has issued a statement in the aftermath of the incident that saw three students sent to hospital, one of them by air ambulance.

Confirming the involvement of one of its buses in the incident on Clyde Line south of the village of Bluevale, Montgomery Bus Lines stated that the cause of the accident is currently under investigation by law enforcement, but "it appears that it was weather-related," according to the statement.

Expressing gratitude for the swift response of first responders, the company emphasized that "safety is always our highest priority," while "wishing all those impacted a full recovery."
